I know what you’re thinking… "It’s the week before Thanksgiving, shouldn’t we be talking about turkey and stuffing?" Stick with me, though! This peanut butter burger recipe will quickly become a family favorite, and it’s a must-try no matter the season.
Here in Minnesota, we grill year-round—even after two snowstorms! This burger is the perfect combination of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, a fried egg, and, yes, peanut butter! Trust me, when you add it all together, it’s a party in your mouth!

How to Assemble Your Peanut Butter Burger
Here’s my secret: slather the peanut butter between the egg and cheese. The peanut butter gets all melty and blends perfectly with the other ingredients! It may sound unusual, but once you try it, you’ll be hooked.
For a lower-carb option, I often skip the bun and enjoy just the burger, cheese, egg, peanut butter and a bit of ketchup. It’s still incredibly delicious! Pair it with some air-fried French fries or sweet potato fries and you’ve got a meal that everyone will love.
My flock loves the leftovers too!
Until next time,
